Let me charm my way through life this December - the happiest, jolliest and most expensive month of the year. I’m not too happy about this year’s December though because of four reasons:

• Christmas’ Eve falls on a Saturday
• Christmas Day falls on a Sunday
• New Year’s Eve falls on a Saturday
• New Year’s Day falls on a Sunday

Wow really? No non-working holidays whatsoever? They are just like regular weekends, but more expensive. Someone please declare December 26th and January 2nd as non-working holidays. Thank you.

How was your first day of December? Mine was a mix of sparkles and shit, but more of shit.

Sparkles:

• I crossed the road while the red light was on. The police officer just smiled at me. So I smiled back at him for letting me get away with it.
• My colleague at work surprised me with large McDo fries before I left the office.
• I bought three shades of matte lipstick to brighten up my day and they gave me a free pouch. Heh.

Shit:

• I woke up late.
• I rode a jampacked bus on my way to work. The driver stopped at EVERY bus stops. It was an awful ride.
• I received the biggest guest complaint at work today. I think I have to accept the fact that verbal harassment is really a part of this job loljk. 
• I missed my stop on my way home because I overslept.

Yadda yadda. Let’s all have a happy December please.
