Yes, we do. As I have mentioned in my previous posts, our much-awaited, well-planned trip to Camarines Sur did not push through because Air Philippines decided to screw everything up. This was unexpected because we were actually able to take off from Manila despite the unfriendly weather, though a little delayed. The problem was we or the pilot couldn’t land the f*cking plane in Naga because of this attention-whore called rain. We waited up in the air for about 20 minutes hoping the rain would stop, until the pilot announced that we had to go back to Manila instead. Thank you Air Philippines for taking us nowhere. This was supposed to be the start of my glorious summer and unfortunately, it sucked big time.

We took photos before we board the plane. We were all smiles, clueless of what’s going to happen next. Hah.

And after 2 hours, we are back again in Manila. Whaaat up. Look at those sad, disappointed faces of my friends and lover. Mission Camarines Sur: FAIL.
Passengers had an option of either making a refund or rescheduling their flights. We chose to refund the full amount because our VLs have to be approved first before we can decide. It sucks, I know. We were able to refund the termainal fee, too at Php 200 per person.
Trivia: According to an officemate, when going to Naga, it would be better to fly via Cebu Pacific because Air Philippines always cancels their flights for some reason. Pilots of Cebu Pacific are risk-takers so they can land anywhere despit the rain, she said. On second thought, do I really want to risk my life for a perfect day under the sun, fun tours and awesome water sports activities? YES.
Anyway, instead of going back home and sulking, we decided to go on a road trip. My friend suggested Quezon so Quezon it was. There is a JAC Liner bus terminal in Buendia. It took about 5 hours going to Quezon. Good thing, the bus is Wi-Fi ready so boredom was not an issue.
Our destination is Pagbilao, Quezon where Kwebang Lampas is located. Locals said that the place is similar to Boracay, or even better. We arrived at Pagbilao at 7pm so we called it a day and we stayed in a hotel for a night. We decided to continue our search for Kwebang Lampas the next morning. We spent the night at Green View Hotel (or motel? lols) at Php 400 per night.

We got drunk on the first night. That was it.
So the next morning, we went out to see Kwebang Lampas, a small paradise in the southwestern of Pagbilao, Quezon. It is famous for its white sand beach, caves and geological formations. Before we reached Kwebang Lampas, we had to take a jeepney ride from Pagbilao which took less than an hour, followed by a 20-minute trekking on the way to the secluded paradise.

We passed by this place and I forgot what it’s name. I am bad with names. Hah. It has something to do with the city’s electricity. Err.

This wooden gate opens to one of the most scenic beaches in Luzon. Tadaa!

Welocom to Kwebang Lampas. Sorry for the dull photo. My camera is wrapped in an underwater camera case so I couldn’t take photos properly. Anyway, that’s the cave. You can get inside there and take photos. Wonderful exprience.

I used my Dicapac underwater camera case for the first time. But I think I want to make a separate post about that because I really want to share ALL our Victor-Conunji-an-Maggi-Wilson-inspired photos. Lol.
We promised ourselves that we will still pursue that trip to Camarines Sur and Camaroan before the year ends. We just made another booking for our second attempt but I am not telling when, where, how, who, why, whatever to avoid the jinx. Heh.
